This is a great new role for an experienced PA to join a leading and award winning global architecture and design studio. The focus of the role is to provide strategic and dedicated support for two London Partners along with providing Business Development administrative support to the London and South East region.

As the PA and Business Development Administrator your key responsibilities include:
- Strategic and dedicated PA support and complex diary and inbox management for 2 Partners.
- Provide point of contact support BD Partner
- Supporting the regional bid and marketing manager with business development (BD) strategy, campaigns, initiatives, and research: Work alongside Senior Teams and Sector Leads to support and coordinate a meaningful strategic plan and initiatives.
- Customer relationship management (CRM): Updating BD information in the company’s CRM system (Rapport).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous PA/Diary Management experience
- Interest in business administration
- Professional demeanour and excellent telephone skills
- Strong communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Office 365
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Have a flexible approach and be able to prioritise
- Experience of working in a pressured environment with frequent interruptions.
- Enthusiasm for developing skills and knowledge
- Able to turn their hand to just about anything and must enjoy a challenge.
- Ability to carry out directed research into potential areas of business development
- Proficiency Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is desirable but not essential.
