This leading architecture studio with offices across the globe and an impressive portfolio of projects is looking for a PA to support a team of Senior PA’s who support the Executive Directors.

Key duties include:

  • Carrying out ad hoc tasks to enable the PAs to work more efficiently and help with the smooth-running of projects and practice. This will include occasional PA cover when needed.
  • Preparation and assembly of documents for meetings, submissions, presentations, including printing, binding and scanning
  • Typing and formatting project-related correspondence or practice development paperwork, including letters, memos, minutes, reports, agendas and certificates, using the practice-wide document management system
  • Keeping document management system updated with project information (contacts, key documents, correspondence, emails)
  • Assisting with keeping Executive Directors running on time for scheduled meetings
  • Assisting with personal tasks for Executive Directors
  • Assisting with practice management duties, including various reviews e.g. practice wide internal design and technical reviews.
  • Arranging meetings – booking venues, refreshments, equipment
  • Assisting with project specific design reports using InDesign – importing images, amending text, proof-reading content
  • Arranging couriers, travel (domestic and overseas) including visas, insurance and other supporting documents. Creating information packs for trips/visits
  • Preparation of monthly expenses

In order to be considered you will need:

  • Educated to A Level standard or similar
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This really is a great opportunity for someone with strong support and IT skills to build on that and develop their PA skills.  The role is  6 month contract to begin with and the potential to develop further depending on how the role evolves.
