This small but busy lovely Interior Design company are looking for a pro-active, uber organised and experienced Office Manager to look after the day to day running of the studio and book-keeping.   It’s a varied and busy role so someone who is good at multi-tasking, happy to get stuck in and support the team where needed.

Key duties:

  • Answering the phones
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Improving office systems
  • Book-keeping
  • Reconciliations
  • Invoicing
  • Credit Control
  • Stock management
  • Assisting with Social media and marketing
  • Supporting the Directors
  • Booking team travel
  • Organising events
  • Dealing with clients
  • Assisting the designers

And everything else in between!

It’s a new role so a great opportunity to really make your mark and develop your won role.  The book-keeping side is essential so previous experience in this area is essential and knowledge of Xero is good but any finance software is fine.

If you’re looking for something long term in a growing lively creative company then this is a great opportunity.  They are open to hybrid working, initially with 1 day a week at home and then the option to more if you are managing things well.  Ideally you will have a licence and drive as the office doesn’t have great transport links.
