This multi-disciplinary property consultancy, developer and engineering company are looking for a bright, tenacious and experienced Office Manager and PA to support this busy London team.

As the key support, you are the lynch pin supporting the team so it’s a great varied and busy role where no 2 days are the same.

Key duties include:

  • General management of the office
  • Monitoring and re-stocking of office supplies and sundries
  • Greeting office guests on arrival
  • Managing petty cash
  • Liaising with external HR consultancy
  • Project and client support and liaison
  • Liaison with external service providers
  • Issue of invoices to clients.
  • Registering of new project leads and prospects
  • Organisation of staff inductions and staff reviews.
  • Taking minutes in office meetings, management meetings, board meetings and other meetings as required.
  • PA role to Directors on occasion.
  • Assistance with Business Development and marketing.
  • Management of office filing system.
  • Assistance in management of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Assist with setting up of social and client entertainment events.

It’s lovely and varied role that suits someone with previous experience in a similar role used to juggling and prioritising tasks.  Ideally you’ll be from property, engineering, architecture or similar background.  The company offer a very good benefits package and work 3 days office, 2 days home.
