We have a brand new exciting position for an Office Administrator for a highly successful Production agency with an impressive portfolio across a number of global and luxury brands

As the Office Administrator you’ll be a key support to the studio assisting where needed, with a flexible approach where no job is too small.

What you’ll do…..

  • Answering the telephone / message taking
  • Accepting deliveries / managing post
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Ordering office supplies and dealing with external suppliers
  • Assisting the Finance Director with admin support so you need to be comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
  • Management of team’s calendar and meeting rooms
  • Organising lunches
  • Assisting with events
  • General research and errands being a positive support to the studio, happy to assist where needed

Skills you’ll need……

  • Strong MS office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise, organise and plan
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Good team working skills
  • Good with numbers and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and organised.
