This highly successful property and surveying company is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join their busy London office and support a team.

As the Admin Assistant you are integral to the smooth running of the teams projects, working as part of an admin team, assisting with the production of documents, project filing, invoicing, general office admin, liaising with clients and generally assisting where needed.

When a project comes in you are responsible for setting it up on the appropriate systems and updating and tracking it through the process. You will also be responsible for invoicing, managing diaries, booking travel, updating project system and database, monitoring job status and all relevant project administration.

You will be part of a wider administration team where you all work closely with each other. This really is a role you can grow into and all training will be provided where needed.  There is a lot of scope for you to progress in the company as your skills develop.  You’ll need to be bright, very organised with strong attention to detail and a good knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Some previous admin experience in an office environment is preferred.  It’s an exciting time to join the company as they are expanding and there is lots of scope for the right person. They are a young sociable team with lots of company outings and a lovely environment to work in.
